2. Service Description

ValuesCheck provides reputational risk analysis services using artificial intelligence. We offer three levels of screening:

• Essential (€49): Basic online presence screening
• Professional (€99): Deep analysis including social media
• Expert (€149): Analyst-reviewed screening with recommendations

3. Acceptable Use

3.1 You may use our services to:

• Pre-contractual assessment of third parties
• Due diligence of partners or collaborators
• Reputational risk analysis

3.2 You may not use our services to:

• Harass, threaten or defame individuals
• Violate privacy rights or applicable laws
• Discriminate on illegal grounds
• Investigations without legal or legitimate basis
• Resale of our services without authorization

4. Information Analyzed

Our analyses are based solely on publicly available information on the internet. We do not perform:

• Access to private or protected information
• Hacking or system breaches
• Illegal investigations

5. Accuracy and Limitations

5.1 Information accuracy

We strive to provide accurate information, but we do not guarantee:

• The absolute accuracy of all findings
• That we have found all available information
• That public information is truthful

5.2 We are not legal advisors

Our reports are informational tools. They do not constitute legal, financial or human resources advice. You should consult with appropriate professionals before making important decisions.

6. Client Responsibility

By requesting a screening, the client:

• Has a legitimate basis for the investigation
• Complies with all applicable laws (including GDPR)
• Uses the information responsibly and legally
• Does not disclose report information without subject consent when applicable

7. Pricing and Payment

7.1 Pricing

Prices are clearly stated on our website. Taxes apply according to current legislation (VAT in EU).

7.2 Payment

Payment is made in advance. We accept:

• Credit/debit cards
• Bank transfer (for corporate packages)

7.3 Refunds

Refund policy:

• Before screening begins: Full refund
• After screening begins: No refund (work has already started)
• Incomplete reports due to our fault: Full refund or rework

8. Report Delivery

8.1 Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

• Essential: 2 hours
• Professional: 2-4 hours
• Expert: 4-6 hours

These are estimated timeframes. Exceptional circumstances may delay delivery.

8.2 Format

Reports are delivered through our online platform with secure access via unique link.

9. Confidentiality

9.1 Your data

We will keep your identity and the fact that you requested a screening confidential, except when required by law.

9.2 Reports

Reports are confidential and your property. We will not share them with third parties without your consent.

10. Intellectual Property

The reports we provide are your property once paid for. However:

• Our methodology and tools are our property
• You may not resell our services or reports
• You may not copy our format or methodology

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not responsible for decisions made based on our reports
• We do not guarantee specific results
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service

12. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with GDPR and applicable regulations.

13. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified 30 days in advance. Continued use of our services after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Use the service illegally or inappropriately
• Fail to pay for contracted services

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Spain.
